EnglishIf we confirm your payment by 11:00 (JST), we usually ship the same day; after 11:00, it is usually the next business day (we ship on weekends and public holidays too). In any case, orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. A payment confirmation email is sent once payment is verified, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent when your order has been dispatched. Please note that deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands may take additional days.
